Since our first day of operation, one thing has never changed – agent138's commitment to delivering a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming experience to every player in Malaysia.
Agent138 started with a simple idea – to build an online gaming platform truly designed for Malaysian users. Rather than copying models from overseas, we focused on understanding the needs, habits and expectations of local players from the ground up.
Our journey has not been without challenges. The online gaming industry is highly competitive, and player trust is never given freely. It must be earned through every seamless transaction, every fair game, every question answered promptly, and every issue resolved without unnecessary complications.
Today, agent138 is proud to be one of the most actively used online gaming platforms in Malaysia. Over 500,000 registered members trust our platform for their daily gaming experience – and that number keeps growing every day.
What drives our growth is not just technology or a wide game collection. It is the genuine connection we build with our player community. We listen, we learn and we always strive to improve – because your success is our success.
Agent138 was founded with a primary focus on the Malaysian market. A small but dedicated team began building a solid infrastructure from the ground up.
In less than two years, agent138 successfully attracted its first 100,000 active members – proof that our approach resonates well with Malaysian players.
The agent138 app for Android and iOS was launched, giving users full access to all games and account features right in their hands.
Agent138 now serves over 500,000 active members with a collection of 500+ games from 30+ world-class providers and 24/7 customer support.
Every feature we develop starts with one question – what do our players truly need?
The agent138 platform is protected by the same 256-bit SSL encryption used by leading banking institutions. Your personal and financial data remains safe and confidential at all times.
Your winnings are not ours to hold on to. agent138's withdrawal process is among the fastest in the industry – most requests are processed within just 5 to 15 minutes.
Over 500 game titles spanning slots, Bingo, sports betting, Live Casino and more from world-class providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero and Playtech.
The agent138 support team is ready to assist you anytime via live chat. We target a response time of under 2 minutes for every query, because your time is valuable.
The agent138 app for Android and iOS delivers a gaming experience just as smooth as the desktop version. All account features, promotions and games are accessible directly from your phone.
From welcome bonuses to weekly cashback, an exclusive VIP program and prize tournaments – agent138 ensures loyal players always get more value from every ringgit invested.
